We are planning to begin the meeting with a Wednesday evening dinner at the University of South Carolina's BCM followed by a brief speaker from the University International Office. Participants will be free to then walk around downtown (USC is downtown) before boarding a bus back to our dorms at CIU.
The primary purpose of High Impact is for Collaborative discussion and Fellowship. There will be four sessions on Thursday before the annual Association of Christians Ministering to Internationals conference. Much of our time will be spent in rountables led by facilitators.
People invited to this meeting include but are not limited to BCM leaders and campus ministers, ADOM's and/or their staff, church staff, and WMU volunteers. Participants may be visable on the internet as the meeting may be broadcast live.
Participants must register ahead of time for housing. Registration at the door on Thursday will be accepted but is based on room meeting size availability.
A limited number of grants are available. These $250 grants are designed for first time participants who are traveling and need financial assistance. You may request these through email: huldah22@yahoo.com and please cc: mlydecker@namb.net
